It's ridiculous to spend money overseas securing another country's border and leave ours wide open. The world is less safe and American neighborhoods are less safe under Joe Biden. Every instinct Joe Biden has about policy is wrong. It's not working for real Americans who continuously feel under pressure. Under Donald Trump America was more successful and safe. Read More.

The FBI says the U.S. is at the highest threat level since 9/11 due to our open border. It's clear we need to do a better job at shutting the border down, making sure asylum seekers remain in Mexico until their claim is ready for hearing, and only allowing people to come in through ports of entry. Implementing a few common sense measures would solve the problem tomorrow, but Biden refuses. Read More.

It's disappointing that Trump's New York case is not live on TV. Democrats have overplayed their hand and now their weakest case is playing itself out in trial. This case is a set of facts in search of a law that was broken. If these trials were televised it would likely be a very different story. Read More.

We're one rogue prosecutor away from the end of the republic. The DOJ used to honor a president's decisions while in office, administrations did not prosecute former administrations. Joe Biden and Jack Smith have jumped over all those traditions so now we have to have the Supreme Court decide. Otherwise, this leads to a tit-for-tat back and forth forever. Read More.

Court cases against Trump are all political theatre. The intent is to change the publics perception of Donald Trump by muddying up the conversation and to keep him off the campaign trail. It's going to be jarring for the jurors at the end of the trial when they find out that there is no legal way under the law they can convict President Trump. Read More.

Jack Smith was never appointed by the President or confirmed by the Senate. There's an appointments clause issue here. It's clear that SCOTUS has a lot of doubts about Jack Smiths entire case. Justice Thomas has been keen on whether or not Smiths appointment is valid under the Constitution. It will be interesting to see if other Justices take up the issue. Read More.

Alvin Bragg's case in New York has yet to produce anything that approaches an illegal campaign violation. Federal elections are typically governed by federal law. Bragg has a strange theory of a state misdemeanor in New York, together with document misdemeanors, that elevate it somehow to a much bigger case than it should be. I do not see anything illegal that's happened so far. Read More.

The challenge for the Supreme Court today in Trump's Immunity case is that there has been no fact finding up to this point. So the trial court has no facts. The most likely outcome is that SCOTUS sends this back to Judge Chutkan to get some factual basis to help the Supreme Court make a decision. Read More.

The Supreme Court hears Donald Trump's Presidential Immunity case today. This case puts at issue something that has never been decided, if a president is immune criminally from the acts they take while in office. I believe SCOTUS will not find the president has absolute immunity, but it will get pretty close to that issue. Read More.

The First Amendment allows individuals to speak their mind and protest peacefully. When you threaten violence or cause violence the line is crossed. Universities are pretzeling themselves into not being ant - Hamas or anti - Palestinian while at the same time creating environments that are very hostile to their Jewish students. Read More.

Exclusive—Matthew Whitaker: Conflicts of Interest Abound in Judge Merchan’s Handling of the Trump Sham Trial
One of America’s foundational principles is “equal justice under the law,” or the principle that no matter who you are or what you stand for, you are entitled to a fair chance to make your case in a court of law. That’s why the Lady Justice statue outside the Supreme Court wears a blindfold and holds a scale—the blindfold to symbolize her impartiality and immunity from outside influences, and the scale to signify her objective weighing of the evidence in front of her. Matthew Colangelo seems to be the connective tissue between all of Donald Trump's legal cases. He was at the Biden Department of Justice coordinating the Special Counsel in the right direction for the Florida case, the January 6th case, and then went to Leticia James' office to help button it up. Now he is at the Manhattan DA's office. This is election interference. Read More.

Michael Cohen is convicted perjurer. At some point the question has got to be asked, are you lying now or were you lying then?
