Federal law says, and the U.S. Supreme Court has confirmed, that you need to be unanimous in all the elements of a crime in order to convict someone. Judge Merchan has instructed the opposite. The Supreme Court will have two very important cases that concern the Trump prosecutions. First, the interference of an official proceeding case coming out of J6, which directly affects two of the four charges from Jack Smith in Donald Trump's case. Second is the Presidential immunity case that is pending right now. The Fani Willis case in Georgia may never happen now and the Judge Cannon case in Florida is pending.
